The Board of Directors would like to thank the residents of Shadow Creek for voluntarily complying with the new trash can policy.  This simple request makes our development aesthetically appealing to the homeowners and all visitors.  Our neighborhood is now within the standards established by other Cranberry Township developments as reported during the Cranberry Township, H.O.A. Neighborhood Forum’s, fall 2011 meeting.

If you have not paid your quarterly dues please remember to do so in order to avoid late fees and penalties. Dues payments are due the beginning of January, April, July, and October.

 

Please remember to store all trash cans out of plan sight from the road while not placed at the curb for pickup. By placing the cans out of sight you are help keep our neighborhood look well kept for all of the visitor s and residents coming in and out of the community.
